I live on the golf course and finally decided to try out The Grill with my family. I walk in and there is no sign about seating yourself, so I waited 5 minutes for the one server inside the restaurant to acknowledge us. She completely ignores us, so I ask her is it self seating and she acts like I asked her a bizarre question and says yes it is.
We seat ourselves and wait 15 minutes; mean while this same server walks past us multiple times and doesn’t acknowledge us or provide any menus. She is serving customers sitting right next to us and completely ignores us. This is the lady with acne scars.
Finally another server comes to us and apologizes and says she didn’t realize we haven’t been served. This server was friendly and took our orders.
The other 2 or 3 other ladies kept walking past our table, took orders from customers who came after us as we sat there feeling unwelcome.
It’s a decent spot, but the customer service was absolute trash. Very unfortunate as it would have been a nice place to stop by for our daily lunch as it is so close by.
