TAMPERED ROLL UP THE RIM CUPS!!!!!! Today at noon I went through the drive thru I ordered 10 honey crueller Tim Bits and a Large Coffee 2.5 Cream and 2 Sugars. I asked that it be double cupped to keep it hot longer. The honey crueller Tim Bits always seem to be hit and miss. Today they were dry inside and heavily coated in icing making them overly sweet. My coffee was good however when I was finished my coffee I took it out of the 2nd cup. I went to roll up the rim, I started from the right side, from the seam moving to the left. I noticed it ripped at the seam and opened easily to the left, there were rub marks across the front. It was very obvious this cup had already been rolled up. I know I didn't leave any rub marks because it unravelled easily. I have never had a cup do this. Clearly you can see the rub marks in the pictures. This is so completely unsanitary! I'm beyond upset this happened. I feel insulted and ripped off. I was not near this location when I realized this but will be going to the manger tomorrow.    Read moreThese people that works here refused to served me because they said that I didn't have a face mask but the law on covid19 doesn't say that I need a face mask it said I need a face covering and I had my shirt over my mouth and they still refused to served me I have been coming here for a while normaly through drive through but clearly they need to be educated about the covid-19 rules and regulation at this location because I have never been refused services at any other Tim Hortons in Canada as long as I have a face covering on I found this situation to be ridiculous if these people can't be better educated about the requirement for face covering at this location I will not be going to them for any services even though I showed the manager the AHS Alberta Health Services covid19 face covering regulation it still wasn't enough to convince her she still denial me the opportunity to serve me which they are getting paid to provide services to Tim Hortons Customers so by her refusing to serve me is also making her employer...
   Read moreI always go here in the morning before work. I never had an issue. Tuesday AUGUST 21 I went thru drive through paid extra for sasuage on a bagel belt . I went through this morning and stated what happened. They where kind and gave me a bagel belt with sausage as before I paid for it and never got it on my bagel. But this morning I got my bagel belt. Didn't check it until now. The lady thir drive thru asked me what type of bagel I said cheese please. I now look and have a plain bagel with no tomatoes!!
