Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Edmonton

My Fiance and I have been going to this Tim Hortons for about 2 years now. Mostly every single day, the customer service is alright (it's suppose to be though, they are trained to have customer service.)maybe the employees in the morning shift Monday-Friday around 7:05AM need more training on organization or order preparation. we have gotten everything from, rotten coffee, no sugar when we asked for it, not stirred, missing things on our order, adding things to our orders, completely wrong orders, cold beverages that were suppose to be hot and so much more honestly everything that could have gone wrong has happened at least once. Our orders have NEVER been complicated same thing every single morning, 2 extra large triple triple coffee. when we noticed the coffee always having an -off- taste we switched to tea. so 2 extra large triple triple orange pekoe teas. they are never busy, even being attached the the gas station. there is no excuse for all the mess ups so with that being said, we will no longer be going there anymore and start making our coffees and...

As of Oct 3, 2925, this place has gone downhill in service and quality. My usual TH was packed, so I stopped in here, no line up. Great! Should have been the warning ⚠️ I ordered my coffee, Simply Sausage with cheese, on biscuit, and a hasbrown. I drove away, took a bite of the hash brown, it felt like I was eating cardboard. My one dog wouldn't eat it. I checked the sandwich as I had pulled over to enjoy it. I open it up and it's a egg, cheese biscuit. Okay..... LoL it's not even busy and they can't even get the order right, I quit eating the eggs from any TH as there not very good. I drove back to the store, showed the guy that served me as he seen me walking back in. Explained what I got, his coworker laughed and went to make a new one. Forget that, I asked for a refund, the coffee was a downer as well, doubt they put in my correct order for my coffee as it was bitter. I'm down with the location...

This is my closest tim Hortons. I come here everyday with the same order and for some reason every time I come here they continue to screw up the order. Now I make sure the order is right on the screen and I repeat myself cause I know not everyone is fluent in English. But out of 20 trips to this tim Hortons they've only gotten my order right once. Large triple triple with a 4 cheese bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and some how they continue to mess it up. Today i ordered the same thing. Recieved a bagel with butter and a coffee with no sugar. When I went in to tell the lady she got the order wrong she had an attitude. She then remade the bagel and still it was wrong. It was a plain bagel. I'm just saying if you can't be nice and get a simple order right. Maybe it's time to look at...
