Was ok the first few times but the most recent drive through left me such a horrible experience that I'll never go back. The girl staff accused me of trying to get a large tea when I ordered small. Truth is I ordered large, and she, for some reason, thought it's a small. When I drove to the window, she asked me what I want in my tea, because it was noisy and she could not hear me clearly when I ordered. Then when she gave me the small tea, I said I ordered a large. She was so rude that she insisted I ordered small, treating me like a theaf with her language, and shut the window in my face 3 times when she finished accusing me every time. All of this is just for a cup of tea. I have never in my life been treated like this. I worked in customer service for 2 years. And this behaviour by your staff is absolutely unacceptable. I would have parked my car and walked in, but I have a newborn in the car for a pediatrician appointment! I will never go back, and will tell everyone I know about this...

The damages were finally repaired a few months back and this location re-opened again. When it re-opened again I noticed the menu was condensed. Some of the items I used to order from this location are no longer available on the menu.
If all I need is a coffee/tea then I'll visit this location. If I want something like a yogurt or sour cream glazed timbits, then I'll visit the location on Parsons Rd and Ellerslie instead. I'm a bit disappointed by the limited menu options as this used to be my goto location in the morning. Not anymore.
