Extremely disappointed! Papa johns has been my go to place for a while until tonight. This evening I called to Order 4 large pizzas because my family was coming over for game night. After being told too hold on and wait numerous times and hearing what sounded like either very loud customers or staff. I repeated my order to make sure it was correct and then proceeded to tell them that one of the pizza couldn't have cheddar cheese on it because of an allergy (dad). They said okay and gave me the delivery time. When they arrived my boyfriend met them in our lobby to get the pizza, paid, left a tip and came back up stairs. When I proceeded to open all the pizzas my moms had cheddar (not a big deal) I then proceeded to open my dads pizza and it in fact had cheddar after I told them there was an allergy! I called back right away and a man seemed confused as too what I was saying so he handed me over to what I'm assuming was the manger. She then tried telling me I asked for cheddar on the two pizzas ( I didn't I clearly asked for absolutely no cheddar because of an allergy) she agreed to make a new pizza and deliver it ( causing my dad to go without eating for another 30mins) which wasnt a big deal, mistakes happen. The pizza arrived so I went down to grab it, not bringing the other pizza with me because I wasn't aware they would want it back. The delivery man gave me the correct pizza said sorry and went on his way ( not asking for the pizza that was wrong). I then went up stairs and we started to eat, half way through my meal I got a call from the lady (manger I'm guessing) asking me why I called to get a new pizza and then didn't give them the incorrect one then was accused of eating it after telling them there was an allergy ( my dad was the one with the allergy ! And the pizza was not eaten! It was untouched on my oven) i then told her that wasnt the case and that I was never asked for the old pizza back and if they wanted to come get it they could. She's proceeded to try and tell me her delivery driver asked me for the pizza and I told him I ate it. (Not the case at all!) Anyway long story short. I received extremely poor customer service tonight, was accused of lying and was bugged in middle of my dinner all because they order taker was too busy talking to others and messed up the order and because there delivery driver felt the need too lie to the (manger). I ordered a large pizza with garlic stuffed crust, and a medium pizza. I had repeated myself multiple times and corrected him each time he tried to confirm the order. "Large zesty italian, no peppers, add olives on garlic stuffed crust and a medium cheesestake pizza". When the man on the phone confirmed for a final time, he stated a third item "garlic knots", so I corrected him once again saying I was not ordering a third item and repeated AGAIN it was galic stuffed crust we wanted.
The pizza delivery took over an hour fifteen minutes. When the driver handed us three boxes, we told him we did not order three items. He told us to call for a refund.
When we did, the same man on the phone accused us of ordering the wrong items and that it was not possible for them to make a mistake. Even when we repeated what we were meant to get, he was not understanding what went wrong until we repeated ourselves 3 or 4 times. He insisted it was not possible to get a refund, and offered a discount on our next order instead. When we would not accept, he argued with us stating it was not his fault. We offered to drive the whole order back for a refund. Eventually after 10 minutes on the phone, he said the manager would refund the order tomorrow but I'm feeling very doubtful of that.
Not only was this experience bad, the pizza itself is not Papa Johns typical quality. Very dry and flavorless, they are obviously skimping out on ingredients.
Will not be ordering here again and HIGHLY advise against supporting...

Called the store and they said it was not indicated in my order but my order and the email sent to me it says bbq sauce. They don’t wanna deal with that issue and asked me to call customer service and I did. They saw it that the sauce was supposed to be bbq. They made a claim and have to wait up to 48 hrs for the store’s reply. I just wanted my all meat bbq sauced pizza. After few hours got an email from the store and they were saying they will not give me a refund instead offering me a 50%off for my next order. I don’t need a coupon I said I just wanted my pizza. Called customer service again they said they will escalate the claim. Few hours later I got a call the agent was telling me that what they can only offer me was a 50%off code and a large 1 topping pizza. I said I don’t need a code and a free pizza I just wanted my pizza. I told her just deliver my pizza and I will be ok. She said they couldn’t waived the delivery fee. I said NO! Why would I pay another delivery fee?! It was really frustrating. This is my first time to order at this place and this would be my last. I would never ever support them anymore. Domino’s were far more delicious and have the best customer service. They wouldn’t even want to correct their mistake. I paid the delivery fee and tips and all then they wanted to charge me again as if it was my mistake. WORST place ever. I would let my family and friends to never ever support PAPA...
