online ordering does not work as it should. I ordered coffee and breakfast to be ready by 9am, I specifically came at 9.20, and so what? I said that I already had a paid online order, which should already be ready, to which the barista told me to wait. I waited until the barista served the entire morning line, and then she, in no hurry, began to prepare my order at the very last line. Thus, I, who came 20 minutes later to pick up my order, was late for work. I asked why my order was not ready at the TIME SPECIFIED IN THE APP, to which your barista replied that they never see a notification about an online order. either remove this from the app. or set up a notification for employees, preferably on their forehead. not the most pleasant experience. very slow employees. constantly mix up orders. sometimes forget to make coffee at all. forget about milk in cappuccino. sometimes the taste of coffee (and even cold drinks with ice) is disgusting and you have to go back and have them redo it. and this story with an online order happened to me for the second time. Read moreHorrible service. It's the one we usually go to cause it's close to work, but we always have issues with our orders. Missing stuff, wrong stuff, you name it. The drive through is fast most of the time, but everything is so rushed. Just a tad fast and they would be throwing your coffee in your vehicle as you drive by. Other times, it's painfully slow. People will ask you for your order. You'll order everything, they'll confirm by repeating it to you, just for them to suddenly go "ok so you want..... What is it again?" As if they ask you for your order while they're away from the computer.
Edit: Service has gotten worse somehow. One (And I mean one of the MANY MANY MANY messed up orders in the last 4 years) latest was asking for an Bacon english muffin with no cheese, just to get to work with an english muffin with just bacon and cheese but no egg, an XL triple triple instead of a large steep tea double double, a bacon on a biscuit on the hardest biscuit in the planet. Just avoid this place if you can, trust me. Maybe it's a weekends issue as I don't normally visit this place...
Read moreIf I could give zero..so I asked if the eggs were made fresh..as some Tim's use to do..within 15min..they told me yes fresh..I made sure they heard me say I do not want green and black in my egg...3 employees who couldn't understand English had to bring someone sho could..she also told me yes eggs are fresh....well I still got a black and green special...like every other Hortons out there who value $$ over all and sell eggs probably from. The day before..why is food and safety not looking into any of these places ..like when did our system get so 3rd world...oh ya..thanks Justin..and corny croney...Trump has the right idea #51 all the way save alberta stop using these places run by ppl who have zero concern for food safety.. ppl look at yr food tell me black &green eggs isn't the New norm at Tim's...we use to value the old lady's who worked and went over&beyond to stir yr coffee & make it right... I rearly use Tim's, now I remember why..let's all start reporting these..or they will keep getting away with it..Canadian values should be 1st over all!!! The end 😆 🤣...
