Wetzel's Pretzels — Restaurant in Edmonton

On April 2nd I decided to go to Londonderry to buy a pretzel. When I first walked up to wetzels pretzels the girl working was not friendly at all and when approaching the counter to take my order did not even say say hello I ignored her rude behaviour then I asked if there were any pepperoni twists she replied “No, they’ll be ready in about 15 mins” so I said okay and went and bought something else and came and sat right in front of wetzels pretzels. I had been watching her make pretzels and at this point it had been about 20-25 mins (to give some grace period) since I ordered and we had also made eye contact several times so she did see me sitting there. When I walked up to check if the pretzel was ready, I saw the “be back in 5 mins sign” I still continued to wait now about 30 mins since I ordered my pretzel. When she returned I went back and asked if I could now get the pepperoni twist she replied “in 6 mins”, “I replied 30 minimum ago you said it would be ready in 15 minutes” she replies you didn’t place your order yet. Which was news to me because she told me the pretzel would be ready in 15 minutes. It then took at least another 15 mins for her to make the pretzel so in all I waited 45 mins for a pretzel. Cashier was really rude. When we got our order and we're about to go she shouted at us and said "did you pay?! I told her yes and we told her that the machine didn't print the receipt. She accused us of not paying and when I showed her my credit acc that I was charged she didn't even said sorry. Their receipt machine wasn'y working properly and she didn't even checked it before accusing us...
