Came here to eat at 10:15am only to have a guy behind the corner ignore me for 5 minutes as hes putting food out. Then he very arrogantly told me hat we dont open until 10:30 am. I told him your website says 10am to which he said I was wrong it was the mall that opens at 10am. I showed him their own website NOT the malls clearly states their business hours as opening at 10am. I guess it doesnt matter to him what his own company website says as he clearly enjoys starting arguments with customers. Last week I got off from work to get some food at Jimmy the Greek at Londonderry mall food court . I got double lamb and payed 31 dollars just to go home and find out the meat wasn't fully cooked 😔 it was still rubber the rice is hard like a rock 😫 they mix the old rice with the new and serve it to the poplic. the Filipino lady served me like I was eating from her place she was so cheap on everything🤦 and extremely rude what kinda services is this ... I have been a long-time customer of Jimmy the Greek for the past year and today I ordered my regular order: a roast chicken meal from this location. When I began eating I noticed the chicken had a weird consistency and texture. Just to see that the chicken was completely raw. When I went back to the restaurant the front counter attendant, he completely dismissed me, didn't even ask to see the plate( which was still full) and began boasting how about he's been cooking for over 20 years.. while doing nothing to rectify, not even a apology.
