Manchu Wok — Restaurant in Edmonton

I hope this goes to the manager. I just came from the store and I'm so angry. I talked to service person and and asked re Shanghai noodles and she said "it will be 5 minutes". I asked my son if he is willing to wait 5 mins and he said no but changed his mind shortly. Another lady came to me than to take my order. I asked "is the Shanghai noodles still going to be 5 minutes as my son changed his mind". The new server was so rude to me and said " I don't know how long it will take him to cook it". First of all, I didn't even know that they were still deciding on cooking it and she kept going on about not knowing how long it will cook. I said there is no need to get angry and she said " well you look at me with those "big eyes" and she makes a face at me. Than she goes on and talks to another lady there in another language and tries to avoid me for my order. She loudly asks " well, what do you want?" I said, " Are you ready for my order?" cause I am afraid she will bite off my head. I told her my order. She continues to comment that I shouldn't be angry after she embarrasses me in front...

Went to Mayfair branch today and was attended by a lady named Glessy. It was such a horrible experience. When I asked for a brown bag since I told her im having it to go, she gave me a very unhappy face. I dont know what her problem is when I asked for a to go carry bag, I can judt pay for it if she wants me to. Because of the attitude she showed me, I cancelled my order and left the store fuming mad. This is not the first time she did this to me so Im not going to let it pass. She should just be left at the kitchen, not incharge of customer facing because she has attitude. She certainly gave me such an unpleasant experience that Im not going back again because she doesnt seem to want any sales at all! the worker who was working at 5:00pm on May 15th 2025 is racist. She is a younger woman of Asian decent. She did the following

-stared at me with disgust. watching my every move and judged my every request -When I went to pay, she blocked the screen, preventing me from seeing the amount I was going to be buying. -While paying, started touching buttons on the machine, with a used receipt, in what I assume to be a way to keep herself away from my Germs

Multiple times, I have stood to the side while my white friend has ordered, and she was extremely kind and nice to him, however when I get in line or she sees me, her demeanor immediately changes.

I love Manchu Wok. I love the food, but I'm more willing to drive 15mins to the next closest Chinese establishment then deal with a racist
