A&W Canada — Restaurant in Edson

Havent had breakfast here in a year. Was never disappointed until this morning. Yes, the woman at the window wasn’t rude but nor was she polite. Thats new. Doesnt know the difference between an english muffin and a hamburger bun. That sucked but not enough to return. One bun was hard and cheese was old, the second was just fine. Saving grace this morning was the black coffee. Coffee could never be better.

Come back after a few months and I gotta say the food really has gone downhill. Had a papa burger meal with no cheese. Fries darn near cold. Burger was good halfway through then suddenly I got a huge amount of salt. Pickle were soaked in it. Was too salty to finish. Shame. At 15 bucks for a small frie a medium FLAT rootbeer and a salt soaked burger, I’m done. Quality control...

Was passing through sept 27 and stopped to grab a burger and a coffee. The coffee was barely warm, when I asked if they had a microwave to heat it up I was told no. I was then told its because I ordered a large coffee with 3 cream. I have never had a large coffee that went cold with 3 cream. The burger tased funny but I could'nt figure out why right away....... then realized it had dijon mustard on it. Who puts dijon mustard on a burger without advertising they do. This location left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. It will be a long time until I go back to an A & W and will NEVER go to this...

We were 11 people to dine in around 8:35 pm on Sunday, May 19th 2024 at this location ,there was no hot beverages , they did not provide tray for dine in, Food service was quite delayed than expected . They served food without wearing gloves. Very poor communication with customer and rude behavior when we asked for upgrade. We had terrible experience 😔 in this location. They even turned off lights when we were dining. Canada is diverse country but this location lacks equity , diversity and inclusion. Very dissatisfied with customer service.
