I came back a second time and Chill Sikh man was friendly food was excellent I'm changing from 4 to 5 star.
The pizza ordered was exactly as we wanted it as we had specific instructions and I am happy with everything.
*.Edit – A couple days later: Really disappointed this time around. Just a few days ago, the pizza was solid (see above), but this second order fell flat.
We asked for double pepperoni, and not only was the quantity way too little to qualify as "double," but it was also buried under the cheese instead of on top — so it came out soggy, greasy, and flavorless. The cheese was rubbery and low-quality compared to our previous order.
We also specifically asked for New York-style crust on the second pizza (thin, foldable), and got the same thick crust as the first. If you're going to offer crust styles, they need to actually be different.
Quality slipped hard between visits. Someone needs to ask the tall, lanky Sikh guy who made the first pizza how he does it — because that one was great. Whatever he did, the others aren’t doing.
I’m not expecting gourmet, but consistency matters, especially for a franchise. I ordered the exact same pizza just days apart and got two totally different results. When you search this place online, the pizza in the photos looks nothing like...

I went in for a refund after finding my wings cold even though I asked for them well done. The chubby boy with tribal tattoo was very dismissive and rude. About 1 hour later I had panago and Boston pizza came to my door saying I had ordered pizza ( I didn't order it ). I'm guessing the chubby rude boy at Papa John's called every place in town and used my number to try and annoy me and get me to pay for pizza but panago and bp's just ended up offering me the pizza for free because they didn't want the order to go to waste.
My hotel and Papa John's are the only places in town that know my number so it's not that hard to figure out who it was. I have never witnessed anything like this before in my 10 plus years working out of town. Losers.
Just had another place try and...
