Leo's Kitchen +Bar — Restaurant in Edson

I was definitely looking forward to some outstanding food and top notch service according to the reviews on the Bar/Grill. So myself and a coworker went for dinner tonight unfortunately the service was absolutely horrible. The server Madison brought the menu’s so we waited for her return which never happened I had to go up to bar and order an appetizer. That eventually came we destroyed that order of onion rings which were outstanding. After a while we were fortunate enough to have her grace out table after a long wait to order food and possibly a refill of our drinks. But we never did receive anymore drinks but our food did come but by the end of our really tasty dinner we never received anymore to drink was so disappointing besides the outstanding food. We probably will go back at some point but if the service is like that again will be my last time for sure. Even after all that we did leave her 10.00 for a tip but should have left nothing. So to sum it up outstanding food absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had here in Edson hands down. If you don’t like your job in the service industry you should change...

I definitely enjoy a good gamble. Stopped in to play the VLTs and the hour that I was sitting playing the server never even came near me, didn't even try to sell me a drink. I work in a lounge/restaurant that has VLTs, we always do our best to look after the players as we know they usually spend a bunch of money and it is free income for us. After an hour of no service I cashed out and the server looked appalled that I didn't tip her. It's the service industry, step you game up if you would like a tip. I would also like to mention that the VLT are was very dirty, empty glasses and bottle and dirty napkins. You may want to step your game up during these COVID times. Very cool country atmosphere, and this is the place to grab a beer if you're in town. The wings are the best I've ever had because there's lots of meat on the bones, very flavourful. Edson hidden gem. Thank you to Lauree who was working at the bar for making it a great experience she is very sociable and knowledgeable about local venue :) The Guest House Hotel next door is a great place to stay the night, and breakfast included in the stay.
