We recently tried Li's Chinese Food in Edson. Overall, the experience was decent. The restaurant itself was clean and had a pleasant aroma when we walked in. Staff were friendly and provided good service. Pick up time from order was about 15 minutes.
The food was hit or miss. The chicken balls were a highlight—crispy, hot, and tasty. However, the chicken chow mein and sweet and sour boneless pork lacked flavor. Chinese food can sometimes be overly salty, but in this case, it was quite the opposite—almost too mild.
That said, everything was served hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was welcoming. With a few tweaks to the seasoning, it could really elevate the experience. Would give it another try...
