Topper's Pizza — Espanola — Restaurant in Espanola

My orders are either missing dips, or burnt. I dont know what to say anymore. I’ve spoken with the owner before about the dips being constantly missing and now it’s twice that the desert pizza is burnt. I live just far enough that it costs me to drive back and get the order fixed. I’m saddened that there is always an issue with our orders. It’s just not worth it for us to drive to town for $60 of food that will be burnt or missing items. There are betters things to be done with our time, therefore I’m now writing a review as im exasperated with having to drive back or contact the store at every order.

Only losing a star because I consistently ask for minimal sauce on my pizzas on my order (we order weekly!) and the request is RARELY fulfilled. Everything else is excellent! I recognize there is likely a number of pre prepped pep n cheese in multiple sizes done each evening to ensure speed of orders and a request like mine would require extra steps but it really is disapppinting that it isnt recognized that a modification is consistently overlooked on an order that happens regularly. Ive complained to the call centre many times and offered discounts etc but Id really just appreciate my order being made per request to begin with. We love toppers but hate the extra saucy base tomato but are struggling...

I had a terrible takeout experience at Topper's Pizza. We ordered a pizza, paid, and it was expected to be completed and ready to be taken in 10-15 minutes. They took longer than expected and we waited 30 minutes for the order to be given to us. They did not have our order done in the 30 minutes and if we wanted the pizza, we would have waited another 30 minutes. We asked for a refund but they were unable to give us a refund. We waited 1 hour for the pizza and it was finally given to us. There was nothing added to the order to compensate for the added length of the order.
