I visit this Tim Hortons regularly as I live nearby. This place is by far the worst fast food service provider I've experienced. The staff are not trained properly, they are regularly running out of various food items, and they get orders wrong all the time. Either it is really busy and there are lines out the door and the orders are being done wrong, or it is dead with one or two customers and there will be 5 or 6 employees just standing around chatting rather than DOING THEIR JOB. For example, this morning while there were two other customers waiting for their orders, I ordered one item - an egg & cheese on an English muffin - and then watched as four employees wandered around aimlessly, another one chatting and laughing, and ONE EMPLOYEE putting together ONE ORDER. The person who took my order didn't know which till to use (there are two). I waited 10 minutes and no other orders were completed. They then asked me if I was waiting for my English muffin.... OBVIOUSLY I was. I said I had to leave because I was going to miss my bus and then they offered me a refund but I didn't even have time to get that because they took so long and I had to leave! This is a FAST FOOD PROVIDER so MOVE FAST. Get yourselves together people!!!!...
Read moreWorst service I have ever received. As a combat Veteran who suffers with PTSD it can be difficult being out in public situations and doing things as normal as ordering a cup of coffee and maybe a muffin that would come easy to someone else . I was belittle tonight , refused service and asked to leave . After explaining the severity of my PTSD to a person that represented themselves as the night manager in the difficulty I'm having holding everything in . This individual didn't like the look that was on my face because I never said a word over the fact I had to repeat my order 7 times , I get that the machinery can be loud and I guess it's frustrating but if a person is holding it all in an not saying anything to you you do not get too judge them on the look on their face maybe they are going through something like I was and in an area that has military bases and a lot of retirees and veterans you would think there would be a awareness and a understanding , there was none . So if you're a fellow veteran who is reading this and you suffer with PTSD my suggestion is to stay far far away from this...
Read moreAbsolutely appalled at what I saw tonight at this Tim Hortons. Walked in and I was the next person to be served. Waited at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged by a tall Hispanic looking male who was working the till and walked by me atleast 5 times without as much as a hi I'll be right with you or anything. Finally left without ordering anything and went back to my car which was parked facing your back door. Then saw this same male come outside the back door grab a bong from a female who was sitting outside your back door and take a hit in which I clearly saw him blow out the smoke then return back to work. One wrong after another and I can't believe that you allow the use of marijuana while working where this employer clearly had no care of the customer who was waiting over 5 mins for service but more worried about going outside to get high on company time.
Note: I am all for recreational use of marijuana. But this is not okay.
I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. And will think long and hard about going back to any of your restaurants.
This happened just after 6pm on...
