Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Essa

STORE LOCATION DOES NOT HONOR 40 MIN DELIVERY POLICY (June 2022) I have ordered pizza and wings from this location multiple times.We look forward to it all the time the wings are great. Last order we used the automated selection by phone indicating we will order the same as last time. The delivery person drove to an address in Barrie, we live in Angus? The store location is a 10 min walk from my home. After a couple phone calls with the driver we received our order, obviously very late. Pizza Pizza has a 40 min delivery policy and after that time it is free. This policy is stated at the end of placing every order. The store location insisted that we must pay to receive our food regardless of their policy. The location tried to argue that we changed our address location even though the automated same order option does not allow for this error to occur?We also had delivery with our last order without these issues? Sadly in the end our family was hungry and we paid for our very late order. I informed this location that I would be writing a Google review of my experience however this did not impact the decision of Pizza Pizza Angus.

PLEASE BE ADVISED PIZZA PIZZA ANGUS WILL TAKE AS LONG AS THEY WANT PROCESSING ORDERS AND WILL NOT HONOR THE 40 MINUTE DELIVERY...

Have done two orders here, first one was very mediocre pizza and one terrible order of fried pickles, one part of it was under cooked and the part over cooked, most of it inedible. Second order was two pizzas both with extra sauce, went to pickup with wife and toddler in car and were told instead they both have extra cheese, something we don’t enjoy but it was being implied that they did us a favour because everyone else enjoys it and that if we didn’t want them it was a 15 minute wait. Not wanting to wait we took them. They could also invest in a pizza cutter that actually cuts the pizza. I don’t normally write any reviews but I’m tired of paying what seems to be more and more money all the time for things like pizza and simple orders can’t even be filled correctly. I don’t recommend this...

Unfortunately, theyre comfortable selling unedible pizza to people. I ordered delivery and they came within 45 minutes. Which is fine. But it was so strange. Half the pizza was ok and cheese melted nicely and the other half was doughy, and cheese was melted but still white. They obviously need a new pizza oven maybe because only half of it heats well? Maybe buddy left the oven partially open while cooking and didnt notice? Honestly my stomach hurts right now. I should probably call the health department to shut this place down permanently. Because thats not ok. No I wont be emailing any "feedback" email to discuss this. You guys clearly need to review your processes and policies because youre serving food to people. Never again. Hollywood Pizza from now on. Forever. To those reading...
