Horrible service . I waited over 15 min in line with one other person In front of me inside the store. There was about 12 workers up front all working on drive thru. One person on the front counter training a young guy but no one on the second till. I asked to speak to the manager the manager came and basically shrugged me off and left said what's the issue I said there's 15+ people in line (line was out the door) and theres one person on till. She's says ok he's training and literally walks away doesn't even address the issue at all she could have jumped on the other till but nope. After ordering a LG tea an apple juice and 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches it still took 10 plus minutes to get my order. Completely unacceptable. There is no reason from the moment anyone walks in and walks out should it take 25+ minutes to complete an order of 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches something that takes 2 min to make. I also witness a mother with 2 kids waiting for her order and the staff member that took her order messed it up didn't do it properly and she didn't get what she wanted and when she asked for it to be fixed he completely ignored when she asked for it to be fixed he walked away from her super unprofessional. This establishment needs to do better maybe look into a better management...

He wasn’t even at the front when I got out. When we were served, the girl couldn’t find any buttons for what I was trying to order and had trouble understanding that I wanted a bagel belt and not just a bagel. She then couldn’t find the muffin button either. Several people were served at the second cash all whilst this was going on. Slow like molasses. There were 6 others working but all were positioned at the drive-thru window and none ever came to assist the front. The girl serving us was actually trying to get their attention for button help and was ignored. Major training needed here. We then waited to get anyone’s attention, anyone at all to clean off a table. The only free tables were full of crumbs and sprinkles. My husband finally did it himself using napkins. Read moreHonestly, the worst Tim Hortons. The scanner NEVER works indoors. So if you want to collect points, use points or coupons, DO NOT GO INSIDE. It hasn't been working since forever. Nor do they care to fix it. I had no idea it still wasn't working but found out when I was going to pay for my order. How disappointing. I could not get my free drink or use my coupons for coffees or collect the extra points I would have collected.
The service is also pretty bad. The employees are not happy people. The lady who served me made the experience even worse with her attitude. No smile, no apologies and very monotone and rude. She was very irritating. Rude without being rude if you get me.
I hate how this is the only Tim Hortons in Angus. I have circled out of the lot many times/avoided Tim Hortons here many times to go to Starbucks instead for just faster and better service!!!! How sad that I'd rather pay $6.00 for coffee just for faster service and...
