Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Fall River

This may be stirring up something but wanted to share for those to whom this may be important to, like it is to me. I was very surprised and very uneasy when I visited the Fall River DQ and NOT one staff member was wearing a mask including food prep, cashier or management. I see this as very reckless and uncaring. Yes, restrictions have lifted but numbers are extremely high and increasing by the day. If it doesn’t bother you, then by all means, enjoy, but as for me and my spouse I will not be visiting Fall River DQ in the near future. FYI Dartmouth Crossings DQ, all staff were indeed masked. Went to this location for a meal and an ice cream last week. First of all the woman who waited on us at the cash was so uninterested in being there. She wasn’t friendly, didn’t smile and also saw her roll her eyes twice. This was the supper hour and it wasn’t busy. Second I was shocked to see that when they bring food to your table, it’s not on a tray, they carry it out in their bare hands. Not even gloved. I decided to wait for my meal by the counter and I asked for a tray, and wasn’t given one. Just given the food in my hand. Food portions have shrunk and prices gone up. I would not visit this...

I stopped by the Dairy Queen in Fall River and ordered a classic chocolate-dipped cone—and it did not disappoint! The vanilla soft-serve was smooth, creamy, and perfectly chilled, just the way it should be. The chocolate coating had a nice snap and that rich, nostalgic flavor DQ fans love.

The service was quick and friendly, and my order was ready in no time. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the dip started cracking a bit too quickly, making it a little messy to eat. But that’s part of the charm, I guess!

Definitely a great treat on a warm day, and I’d happily go back...
