A&W Canada — Restaurant in Fall River

We have had mostly good experiences here, but last night when I ordered 4 cheddar bacon uncle burgers with no pickles or onions… I had to wait in front while they were being cooked, which is fine. After 10+ minutes, I drove home with my order. Hungry and excited to bit into my meal, I was horribly surprised with not one, but both items I asked not to be on the burger. It wasn’t just one burger either, they all had the pickles and onions! Luckily it wasn’t an allergy issue.

Oh, and the buddy burger which has only ever come with cheese when asked for, had fried onions and pickles on it. My kid loves burgers and started eating then stopped. He said it tasted weird… then we looked and found them. So sad…

I could also mention that the frozen root beer and the smoothie with Açai that I ordered didn’t come completely full. They were both about an inch below the rim...

I just saw a review posted 5 days ago by a guy called Brandon and I have had exactly the same poor experience, nobody served me at the Drive-Thru at breakfast, here's Brandon's review ..."Three separate occasions now, I have pulled up to the drive thru to get breakfast during open hours, and all three times I wait and wait for 10 minutes and no one comes on the intercom to take my order. Unacceptable." What a waste of time! I won't bother going for breakfast again. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because a few months ago I had the Bacon 'n' Egger and it was delicious, so fresh! Much better than the other places down the road. Hey A&W if you don't have Drive-Thru staff at breakfast, put a cone in the drive-thru lane and put a notice on the screen. Don't waste...

Can't even begin to say what happened...ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon by way if srivethrough went to open and was slathered with grease on me and my car this was an hour ago... Apparently the kid maybe 17 cooked it and threw it in a bag i went unside and showed them and by the look in all their faces they were mortified the cooks face went red! All u got was a sorry!!! This is not good enough!! I have been going to Aand W for 40 yrs and have never experienced such a lack of regard for food or customer What happened to customer service. I had to go home and throw pants inwasher and degrease my car...so much for a lazy saturday. Disgusted...
