Service at Fall River Tim’s has significantly deteriorated since new owner took over. I have started passing it on my way to work and going a longer route to work to take my business to Dartmouth Crossing. However today we went through the drive thru, ordered 4 drinks including a sparkling quencher for my daughter, it took well over 15 mins in drive thru which is ridiculous but the norm there now.) They gave us a frozen quencher in error (and wrong as there was not whip cream) so I went in the store to replace with the sparkling drink (frozen is full of sugar). After standing there for over 10 minutes and watching frustrated customers be told they were out of this and that I noticed an elderly man enter and speak to the young woman who’d been standing at the pick up counter and then proceeded to walk up and tell the staff his grand daughter had been waiting for over 30 minutes for her ONE coffee that she ordered and paid for online. Still they did not serve her, I asked the 2 women in front of me, how long they’d been waiting, 20 minutes to just place their order! Finally a server asked to take their order and they pointed out the young lady still waiting, shocker, her order wasn’t in the queue (surely expired), Finally it was my turn, prob a full 15 mins, I asked for the .40 cent difference in my drinks (on principle) and asked for the managers name. I said to the teen boy “ I know it’s not your fault, clearly you are understaffed” he didn’t seem to want it be able to give me back the money and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, I said yes—30 seconds later he comes back out and says she (Amanda) is gone for the day…convenient.
I didn’t get back the .40 (big whoop), my cappuccino was cold and I wasted 35 mins of my day.
To the owner, you need to have more staff available, provide them with more training and figure out how to get our community Tim’s back to how it used to be because everyone I talk to is frustrated with the long wait times and many errors, it’s not the staff’s fault,...

Read moreI would have rated this zero stars if I could. We went through the drive through. We ordered 6 breakfast sandwiches and 5 coffees. When we got to the window to pay, the lady chastised us for ordering such a large order from the drive through. She went on to tell us that people were mad at us for ordering so much. She was rude and condescending! We were told to move to the parking lot and our food would be brought to us. We had someone that was from the area with us and she was embarrassed. She went in to speak to the manager. The only reason they get a one star (I couldn't leave 0 stars anyway) was the manager was very apologetic and said he would talk to the employee. Normally I would give them 3 stars for that, but the food was terrible and so was the coffee. So 0 stars for service! 0 stars for food! Manager gets 3 stars, but he couldn't over come the rest.
