Pizzadelic — Restaurant in Fall River

I don't know what happened to this place. We had ordered from this place in the past without much issue but there must have been some sort of change in management or something. We ordered some food for delivery and were told it would take about an hour. Longer than usual but reasonable. They called us after an hour and said our address was wrong. I don't understand how the address could possibly be wrong considering that we had ordered in the past and had delivery on multiple occasions without issue. After confirming the delivery address they called us again 5 minutes later asking us to spell the road we lived on. After re confirming the spelling of the address they already had they asked us "do you still want your food". The food finally arrived after more than an hour and a half had passed. When it finally arrived cold we asked for them to keep it and to just give us a refund, which they didn't want to do. If I wanted to wait close to 2 hours for room temperature pizza I would have walked to Greco....

Why we continue to order from here I don't know! They screw up our order pretty much every time, especially in the last year. Last time it was the completely wrong pizza, thankfully b/c of all the screw ups I looked before leaving the store, no problem they said, we will make you a new pizza........meanwhile the rest of the food got cold obviously waiting for this pizza to be made and cooked! I honestly don't think I've had an order not screwed up, even if it's just forgetting the extra cup of donair sauce!

edited: another day another wrong order! like someone else says, it's a shame b/c the food is really good but they cannot seem to get the orders right! we ordered 6 small donairs, 3 with cheese and asked for the meat to be double fried on all, and 1 to have no sauce. No cheese, not fried and sauce on all, I ordered online b/c there is no way they should not be able to get it right when it's printed in front of...

Love the food, however, last night was the 4th time in a row that our order was wrong/had something missing.

It's a shame, because the food is amazing, but we are really tired of having our orders wrong, and when you go back to have it made right, it gets made wrong again.

I tried ordering online so it would be written out in front of them, and no error due to being on the phone and not able to hear, and it still gets wrong each time.

Its discouraging as well, because we live half an hour away, and they offer you to comp the item they missed, but then you need to drive another hour round trip back wasting gas, so it's really not worth it to go back and get the 10 dollars back.

It will be a long time...
