Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Frances

So in addition to my last review I've left below I have to take anotjer star back since the service at this location has totally tanked as well. Im not sure where the shift happened but I dont think Ill be back considering the steady decline recently. The food isnt as good and the service has bottomed out there is nothing else to come for. I am far from a regular of this location but have eaten here many times over the years when I work in the region. I have dropped a star since my last rating for one particular reason and that reason is ...sauce. For me the Boston Pizza sauce is the keystone to enjoying their pastas and pizzas. Last night I had a ravioli (my usual favourite) and got a pizza to go for my lunch. Both were barely sauced at all which was dissapointing. When I ate the ravioli I thought it was a one off and there was SOME sauce but today I am eating the driest pizza of all time because there is essentially no sauce. Maybe I'm picking a strangle hill to cry from but the sauce is what I enjoy in both dishes and both were all but dry. I am sympathetic to rising costs in the business of food service but I hope there isn't a sauce reduction as part of a cost saving measure because if I didn't have to eat this pizza I'd likely...

Food review,

Ate a few times her over the last week, the food isn’t very impressive nor is it filling due to the small cheap portion sizes.

for instance, the pasta and sausage and green pepper, and onions that I had ordered had three slices of sausage in it and maybe a couple of squares of green pepper.

I had also ordered French onion soup I’ve never seen so little onion in a French onion soup not only that there was a small, sad piece of bread inside and barely any cheese.

Service/atmosphere,

as for the service I was denied a beverage in a very unprofessional manner with their bartender yelling as loud as he could Across the room telling me and my friends that we were cut off after our first drink after we hadn’t done anything we thought was wrong we had been inside maybe 15 minutes to this happening.

I was also told that the weed I had behind my ear was offensive to certain people in the area, which I thought we lived in a free country guess not in Bp so yes the atmosphere was pretty awfull

The only reason I came here was convenience but will not be coming back. I will never eat at Bp...

My family and I are highly impressed with the quality of both food and customer service. We placed an order for delivery and received our food before the ETA. Upon arrival we noticed a mistake was made which resulted in us not getting our chicken that we had ordered. Without hesitation our delivery lady phoned us bad apologizing profusely for the mistake and immediately drove back (across town) with our chicken. We appreciate such honesty and high quality customer care that we gave her an extra tip for all the trouble that she went through to make sure her customers were fully taken care of and satisfied. With such caring staff it’s a shame other restaurants can’t keep up with the quality of this establishments employees.
