Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Fort Frances

We weren't finding a lot of good food options in Fort Frances, so we decided to opt for fast food instead.

I had never had Tim Hortons, so I figured I would try it while in Canada.

We got a Farmers Market wrap, the Bagel B.E.L.T, 10 TimBits (apple fritter, honey dip, and honey cruller), and a maple dip donut.

The wrap was pretty good. I wasn't a big fan of the bagel. It wasn't that warm, the everything bagel was kind of flavorless, and the mayo didn't go well with the egg.

The TimBits were pretty good. I liked the honey cruller and apple fritter the best. I wasn't a fan of the maple dip donut. It wasn't glazed at all so it was pretty dry. Overall, I thought the donuts were over rated (Krispy Kreme for me, please).

Overall, the food was ok. I'm glad I tried it, but I'd probably choose a different fast food...

Went with my friends to get lunch here, we went to the drive through and the operator had told us it was fine that we had 3 separate orders, when we had got to the window they completely got our order wrong and gave us a different order from what we asked for, when we had asked about it they got upset and told us to leave and then we tried to explain what happened they told us we were wrong and that we couldn’t have 3 separate orders, however the person on the intercom stated otherwise, they then told us that we would not going to receive our third order even though we had already paid for someone else’s, we asked for a refund and we had to ask several times for our money back. I've been visiting family in Fort Frances, so I decided to get my morning coffee (inside) at the only TH in town. The first few times, even though it was not busy, it took a long time to be served. There were 6 staff members, but they ignored the customer's inside and dealt with the drive-thru. Today was the worst. There were only 2 of us waiting to be served inside, and about 8 to 9 staff on duty, again, they all were serving drive-thru customers. After about 8 minutes of waiting, finally, someone from the drive-thru came to serve us. I asked to speak to someone in charge, waited 5 minutes no one came so I left.
