Careful when placing an online order.... It will tell you Ready Today @ time selected, but in your email and online order status it will be for the next day at said/chosen time. I got there to get my order, and they said they never received it. We checked my email confirmation, and the staff was correct. the order was placed for the next day?? They told me i could cancel the order via the APP or online... I can not! Now I have to argue with my credit card company to dispute the online order. However, the staff recreated my order on the spot & I was there less than 5-min "quicker than McDonald's FF drive-thru or curbside pickup VIA there APP" APP/Online orders be careful, i've never had a problem with the in-store staff or service. The young woman behind the counter was standing in one position with her hands together and looking down. We stood there for 20 seconds, no acknowledgement from any staff. I asked, “may we put in our order now?”, she said, “sure” and then made our subs and asked quietly what we wanted on them. Upon payment she didn’t upsell or ask if we wanted anything else. The pleasant experience I've had is with the owner. The ingredients are not ripe. The tomato's are white sometimes and the stems are always tossed in with the rest. I've also been told from a previous employee that they had left because the owner refuses to pay stat pay and was holding checks. After hearing that I do not support this business. This is Canada.
