Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

Pizza was cooked poor and it's a damn thing crust like how could one mess that up. Parmesan bites where soggy on the bottom with a gross 2 CM thick layer of grease/oil so discussing. My woman's pasta was good how ever mine was not cooked at all the chicken was literally baby food no texture at all like one unthawed it and through it in there. Same goes for the sausage also in my pasta dish. My Alfredo sauce was white as white can be and after tasting the meal and realizing the very poor standards of it I'm assuming the extra sauce was pooped in and not heated or cooked with it in any way. Wait there is hope my damn cheese on my pasta was have melted and had that oven cooked look... Long story short I have been to literally every establishment here since my move here in 2001. This location is by far the worst place I have ever eaten at or have ordered from. I can't speak for there second location however after this I am not willing to try anything from there.

My advise go any place else or eat a pb and j at home. One more thing there prices are simply cruel. They have 5 star prices for half a star quality food. Now I understand why it only takes under half an hour to arrive. Wait the extra 15 to 25 and choose another take out...

I would like to share the terrible customer service experience I have been through for the last time when I visited Dominos pizza.

Last night I called to Dominos @ 12ish while I was on the way from hospital. A lady worker picked up the call and took my order. I request her if someone can drop off food at my car window because I just had fracture in my foot and I can not walk. Lady was nice and told me that no issue with that we can deliver at your car window. She did not mention anything else. After 10 min I was right outside by the front door and I call back to let them know about my arrival. Another guy picked up the phone took my details and stated arguments about delivery at car door only by cash payment. I explained him at this time when I was in so much pain where should I go for cash because I bank with BMO!! Any they do delivery so they have wireless debit machines!! The guy said we can not give you the food. This was the most disappointing experience!! Dominos has horrible customer service. I would never return to this place and I would recommend everyone not to go in Timberlea...

I’m extremely disappointed in this branch and it’s an absolute shame it’s the only one here in the city of Fort Mac. I have been a top regular dominos customer for almost 3 decades, and order multiple times a week normally.

I found out that this location doesn’t even deliver to Abasand even tho it’s literally 10 minutes away!

Besides that, I ordered for pick up and the entire staff there was very rude and extremely unhappy to be working that night when I went in. I greeted them so nicely and politely, with not even a response back from the gentleman in the front, which was so shocking to me. Never have I had a poor customer experience like that in my life! Especially from my favourite chain pizza store.
