McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

Not the best experience this time around because they did not deliver table side despite entering the information into the system upon ordering. Our food was sitting on the counter and I had to go up and get it after waiting much longer than expected. It is also monopoly time which is a big draw for my kids. Nonetheless, when we go to the restaurant we order healthier drinks such as bottled water and milk. These don't have the monopoly stickers on them so I asked for the cups that do have the stickers on them. I was refused because we didn't order sodas. I took it as being unfair because we actually end up paying more for the drinks we want because of deposits. Why are we being treated differently because we didn't order soda? We were told by the supervisor that there was nothing he could do and that's just the way it is. In other MacDonalds they have given us the cups recognising that it doesn't make sense to not allow us to play because we ordered milk and water with our combo meals. Also, I'm pretty sure these kinds of promotions under law do not require purchase. What say...

Least favourite location, food is always sloppy and coffee can taste really burnt, always have to make sure something isn’t missing before you go. I’ve had my order forgotten about in a rush which was a 1 drink order because they press done on their drink screen before the drink is actually made.

I would’ve never left a review until today I ordered from their order screen so I didn’t have to go to the till and the receipt didn’t print. I went to the front because I didn’t know what my number was and I was wanting the receipt. The lady didn’t understand how I worded it and treated me really rude and raised her voice at me to clarify and tbh I would never talk to anyone like that over a miscommunication. Honestly I’m a little bit shocked I’ve never had a server treat me like that. She acted like there was an issue as soon as I walked up, lady pls I just want receipt. this has got to be the most overpriced McDonald’s in existence might as well go to a&w or Wendy’s. The owner is soo cheap, I go here all the time mostly for coffee. I used to go for sandwiches but 1 out of 3 times they messed it up. Not a big deal cause it’s fast food I’m used to that. But when I try to get a new sandwich they say I have to 1. Bring the sandwich 2. Have the receipt (who tf keeps a McDonald’s receipt) And 3. You have to call ahead as soon as you realize the food is wrong... I get that people take advantage for free food but what am I to gain when I bring the messed up sandwich back? Where tf would I have gotten a McDonald’s sandwich if I didn’t order McDonald’s? How is bringing the messed up sandwich back not enough to get a new one??? 100% blame is to the owner...
