We never really had a problem with the timberlea location, but tonight I was missing my dipping sauce so I called customer service to get my money back since it wasnt in my delivery order. After 15 minutes of waiting on hold I was hung up on instead of the rep answering. The next rep I spoke with 15 minutes later offered me a 5$ credit to go toward my next order, but in order to receive it I have to call first. Basically my money was taken with nothing to show for it. I won't be calling and waiting who knows how long to get a 5$ credit. They could have offered to send the sauce again, mail a gift card or voucher. Really I would have accepted any effort on their part, but I got nothing. I won't be ordering from them again. Heart broken coz I love their chicken wings and it’s not the first time they selling spoiled wings and not the last I believe. Advice, stay away from their wings, they bad and can probably make you sick. This the 2nd time by the way....
