Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

We never really had a problem with the timberlea location, but tonight I was missing my dipping sauce so I called customer service to get my money back since it wasnt in my delivery order. After 15 minutes of waiting on hold I was hung up on instead of the rep answering. The next rep I spoke with 15 minutes later offered me a 5$ credit to go toward my next order, but in order to receive it I have to call first. Basically my money was taken with nothing to show for it. I won't be calling and waiting who knows how long to get a 5$ credit. They could have offered to send the sauce again, mail a gift card or voucher. Really I would have accepted any effort on their part, but I got nothing. I won't be ordering from them again. They are only one of many available...

Unsure what's happened, the downtown location was always amazing and when we moved we started ordering from here and the first two times were great and this most recent time my pizza came incorrect, I ordered a default pizza no modifications and they modified it, I called to request the pizza I ordered and customer service line was great and then the store calls me to tell me that is how "this" location makes the pizza and then tries to insist I modify the default order to specify I want the default order. Not cool, there is a menu...

Ordered some chicken wings and to my surprise they were a mix of good ones and ones that were spoiled. I mean you could smell and taste how bad they were. Heart broken coz I love their chicken wings and it’s not the first time they selling spoiled wings and not the last I believe. Advice, stay away from their wings, they bad and can probably make you sick. This the 2nd time by the way....
