This particular subway is going down hill fast. The quality is no where near what it used to be. They constantly mess up orders and especially drive thru orders. Example,, just asked for another sub to be toasted with no sauce and they didnt toast it, and they loaded it with sauce. Also asked for certain type of cheese which they never added, and I paid extra for. Or like forgetting the meat on my sub, which has happened several times. They need new sandwich makers. It's not brain surgery to put certain toppings on a piece of bread, with certain veggies and sauces, then put them together and pass it to another person. But they seem to still mess things up pretty easily, and make it seem as though it's very difficult to get right. So tread lightly when shopping at this particular subway, as you may find yourself writing a review on here to warn those unsuspecting visitors to this location. From the moment I walked in, Hazel, staff working at the time were welcoming, attentive, and clearly took pride in what they do. The sandwich artist took the time to confirm each topping and portion with care, making sure everything was just the way I liked it — not rushed or sloppy like I’ve experienced elsewhere.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail. The veggies were fresh and neatly arranged, the bread was perfectly toasted, and they even made sure to layer everything evenly so every bite was balanced. The dining area was spotless, and I noticed a staff member doing quick clean-ups between guests without being intrusive.

Read moreThe store is a great store with good employees, but they need a change in policy regarding the collection of customers' information. I placed order online in the night (October 18, 2023) for pick up this morning, but to my big surprise, my credit card information including the 3 digit CVC code were all written down on the order form, accessible to anyone. I pointed this out as being wrong, but the employees explained that they are following company's policies, and that some people might call to cancel their order. Canceling order or not, copying the credit card information of a customer on a sheet of paper is completely wrong and violation of ones privacy, the information should be entered into the system when given. They said they usually shred it, even at that, it's still not right. Hopefully someone is reading this and make changes because right now, the trust is broken, and i do order for work meetings...
