Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

Changing this review today and hope the manager see this. Was very very pleased with my visit yesterday both in food quality and coustomer service the visit started off as normal but ended differnt I started my order and the manager was right there to assist in any way he could got it put in right away and was waiting for only a few mins. Will I was waiting my friends meal cam up and was the wrong bugar but the manager was right there to fix the suitation and make sure she was happy and he also went above and beyond and gave her and another coustomer who had to wait alittle extra because of the mess up a free meal. Every one was happy and satisfied including myself. My bugar had the right amount of mayo like I like and my Supreme fries were perfect. So glad to finnaly get to Wright this good review as taco bell is one of my fav places to eat will be back to and hopefully have the same great experience. Also I almost forgot the place was very clean as well and the bathrooms were clean....

Diffently won't be back the service is by far the worst I understand taco bell shuts down 1 hour before kfc but we were there at 8:50 pm which is 1hr and 10 mins so we should have been served and then to top it off we sat behind the one and only truck who was actually already at the window when we arrived till 905 pm so we sat behind this person for 15 minutes waiting to get out of the drive thru when the person was already served just waiting for his order what takes 15+ mins to be ready...nothing takes that amount of time and further more he actually was only passed one small bag at the window not even a large order like your kidding me right... talk about terrible service and you might want to put up a sign saying you actually close taco...

Honestly just wanted a taco salad. They didn’t have one on the menu. So, I asked for tacos without the shell. It turned in to a big ordeal with ordering, them trying to tell me I could pay extra for tomatoes when they were included in the photo of the tacos on the menu board etc. After nearly 5 minutes at the counter explaining what I wanted I gave up and left. Really...
