Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Saskatchewan

EDIT: Manager called me and apologized and wants to make it up to me as this is not a normally how they operate, I believe her as I haven't had issues in the past with them. I appreciate her taking the time to contact me and make this error correct that in itself shows me she cares about her customers and her store. Thank you for taking the time to call me and make it right that means alot in itself.

Called 30 mins before closing to order pizza so it's ready before they closed and just basic pizzas.... Ya they wouldn't answer called actually many times and they wouldn't answer. So I called another one and they were more than happy to take my order and appreciated that I called ahead to make sure it was ready before they closed and so on. Unbelievable. Walked in, around 1145am, took a while to get anyones attention. Tried asking about the hot and ready special, that's advertised on the window, as being hot and ready between 11 and 2. After some difficulty, I was told no, it would take 10 minutes to make. For one, if it isn't hot and ready, don't advertise that it is. Two, it takes longer than 10 minutes to fit a new pizza order in the mix of lunch deliveries, make a pizza from scratch, cut it up and box it. I've been down that road before, trying to secure the transaction with a fib that it will only take a few minutes, only worsens the experience. I've normally had good experiences with this one but was very unimpressed this last visit. The man running the front was obviously rushing, came across as impatient and did not pay much attention to the specifics of my order nor did he seem interested in taking a moment to clarify resulting in a dry pizza. I asked for "No PIZZA sauce" to be put on the BBQ Chicken pizza I ordered. I did not ask for No sauce period (one would think the BBQ sauce would still be applied, no?) I did try to confirm/clarify with him but he just said "Ya Ya" and rushed off...
