A&W Canada — Restaurant in Fredericton

My family and I visited earlier and were extremely disappointed. We ordered a Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger Combo with Rootbeer, 2 teen burger combos with Diet Coke, a buddy burger and a gravy.

When we got to the window we asked for Ketchup and mayo and were told the mayo was an additional charge. We eat at other A&W locations at least once a week and have never been charged for mayo.

We were asked to pull around to the corner (it is a one lane drive through) another car came up behind us as we were sitting There and they were very upset That we were sitting in the way. We had to move and the woman then had to walk around and couldn’t find us. When we could have just parked in the parking lot instead and waited 10 minutes for our order.

When they brought it to the car our drinks were wrong and we received 2 root beers instead of two Diet Cokes. We asked to have them Replaced and the woman was...

Myself and my grandson went this morning for breakfast. We ordered online before going in. We entered and went to a booth to sit. The table had mug rings that had not been cleaned and the whole table was sticky and looked like it was never cleaned very well. All the booths were the same, sticky and the edges on some were filthy. We settled for a table with two chairs that only had one sticky mug ring. We waited for our order, annnnd waited. We found out it wasn't started so my grandson reordered. It came and the food was good. My son waited about 20 minutes for his latte. All of this may seem a little harsh, and it might be if they were busy, but they weren't. In fact, when we entered the three employees were standing at the front chatting. This is not something I would expect to have to say about A&W, but this is the worse A&W ever. Also, the recent renovations are terrible and really crams...

Came through the drive thru at 2:40pm on dec 8 and the service was extremely frustrating. The person in window barely spoke the entire time other then to bark orders at us. While I was paying with the debit machine she tried to force us to take our drink and when I said wait a second she said "you have drinks don't you". Yes I have drinks but I'm not an octopus chill. Then when payment was done she didn't say our word and aggressively wiped the bags at us to take. We asked for ketchup there was none. We waited to see if she would come back to the window but she didn't. The south side workers are super sweet and are always nice but this location is the nastiness.
