Greeted at the drive-thru by clearly annoyed and apathetic staff and ordered a hot chocolate, a boston cream, and a canadian maple donut. To my surprise, I wasn't told the usual "we're out of boston cream and canadian maple donuts" (a coffee shop known for never having boston cream donuts on hand past 8am, never, ever). At the window, I was handed the hot(ish) chocolate and a bag with 2 donuts. Shortly after exiting the parking lot, I asked my wife to check the donuts as they usually have the bad habit of putting donuts glaze facing glaze in the bag. Well, I guess they were tired of saying "we're out of boston cream and canadian maple donuts" and just shoved whatever was on hand in the bag, hoping we wouldn't notice until we were too far to turn around. I turned around and went inside to have this situation corrected. First, I was told that it wasn't the counter staff but the drive-thru staff that made the mistake... I didn't really care who specifically was responsible, I just wanted what I ordered, but I was told that they didn't have either of the donuts I ordered. Since the counter staff couldn't connect dots if their life depended on it, I asked for the manager but told the manager wasn't there... After another annoyingly painful exchange of explanations, they clued in that a supervisor might be able to resolve this. The supervisor explained that they were really busy and that mistakes happened sometimes... Duh, Really? A vending machine would have been more helpful than that... After even more explanations about how to resolve a simple problem, two boston creams were magically found and given to me with a barely audible "sorry". Bottom line, unless you're a caffeine addicted lemming with substandard expectations that will be content with anything resembling a donut, stay away...
Read moreI don't think I should have to elaborate how bad it is when your daughter bites into a donut and there is a adult's fingernail in the bite but here I go. On top of the service which you might get a correctly made order half of the time. This was just crossing a line and I don't understand how it has gone so far downhill so quickly. I worked at Tim Hortons a decade ago and this would be treated with a lot more seriousness than "Let me take your name for a free donut." The donut isnt "free" you are replacing the contaminated one that could have potentially given my child infections. Why would I want another donut with the same chance of being handled with no sense of food safety? This is not "making it right". Any confidence I had in the Tim Hortons brand after years of loyalty is now crushed. You don't have to bother responding. I don't want any compensation but if some change to your training and quality improves that would begin to repair the damage to your company's...

I called the Corriere 3time he dropped my called the 4time the call went on the answering machine and office keep sending message to rate their services.
