Chong's Place — Restaurant in Fredericton

My husband and I went to Fredericton for the 1st time and we ordered food from this restaurant because there wasn’t many options at that time on uber. We ordered combo 11, combo 18 and a wonton soup and i have to say it was the worst experience i ever had with Chinese food. The food is absolutely not worth the money at all, $20 for a combo that came with a very little portion. They literally cut the meats into the small pieces which we could hardly found in the rice. I took the picture of the chicken in my order, same problem with the beef that my husband ordered. Also, the rice was too dry and tasteless while the wonton only came with a little meat inside. This actually makes me sad I order Chongs alot and always the food is amazing but today I was sad I ordered my usual sweet sour pork beef lo main and a combo when I got it and opened the bag I seen right away the noodle where in a new container half the size they usually have I opened the pork and they looked weird and crumbly so I tried they where very bland and gritty my wife was like it feels like someone chewed them up for us and served them I'm so sad because I love this place and food so I'm hoping this was a mistake or someone new made it wrong but I threw over half the pork out the combo was good the chicken balls where very small and no sauce I just hope this is not a permanent change I will eat there...

its been over a year now and i eat at chongs almost every day. a month ago i had the spring rolls they were very large and tasted great. yesterday i had noodles ad chicken stir fry it was very good they also have exellelent beef and broccoli combo. The prices are very reasonable and competitive Well worth the price. i suggest eating in the dining room it is nicely lite and cozy. The Staff is always cleaning the Tables, Chairs Windows, The Floors are Vacuumed and Mopped every evening I noticed as well. I plan on eating there lots more in the future.
