Coastline Pizza — Restaurant in Fredericton

Deep dish pizza and beer.

Coastline Pizza is the only place I know that serves deep-dish pizza in Fredericton. As with any deep-dish pizza I’ve tried, it is expensive.

I found this pizza to be quite mid. I like how they divot the sauce into the pizza, and the cheese was tasty. The garlic fingers, on the other hand, were not so great—more of a cheese bread than a garlic finger.

3 slices of pizza ($6-$7 a small slice) and two beers came to over $50 with tax and tip. I can't afford to eat here, but the pepperoni was really great. We left hungry and wallet sad. Pizza gentrification is now a thing. Milda's is fancy pizza, but you can get a whole 6" pie for $9+tax, not even two slices here for $12+tax.

Delicious pizza but if you are going to charge $30+ for pizza don’t be so stingy with the toppings. No joke about 25% of the slices didn’t even have any pepperoni or jalapeños.

If you want my (unsolicited) advice, slice your toppings thinner so you can spread them out more. More focus on surface area than volume. Premium toppings can be quite thin with...
