Harvey's — Restaurant in Fredericton

Awful experience! November 03/2018: visited this new Harvey’s location for the first time. Went straight to the bathroom to wash hands and there was no warm water or paper towel. I used a bunch of toilet paper in the stall to dry my hands instead. Went to order my food. From the time I ordered to when I had my food in my hand was about 10 mins. Then I went to go fill my cup up with pop and there were no cup lids or straws. Went to go sit down, burger was cold and onion rings were hard as rocks. Awful, Awful! I was so frustrated and upset that I just left. Got out to my car and phoned the establishment to speak to the manager. Got a girl on the phone with an awful attitude who said she was the assistant manager and man was she ever rude! She said to me: “it’s up to the customer to figure out on their own which restrauants are considered “green” restrauants and which ones aren’t.” She also accused me of not knowing how to read because apparently there’s a sign on the ceiling of the store indicating that location doesn’t issue lids or straws for their drinks. Late Sunday afternoon..in city for a short while, decided to grab a quick late lunch..nope Waited at counter while menu scrolled on and on and on..gave up and asked fir 2 hot dogs,a fries,2 milkshakes.. Second server piped up..oh..there aren't any hot dogs.. Seriously?..'cook' poked his head around the corner ' we have no buns, but I can't get you the hot dogs'.. Seriously?..offering plain wieners for $5? A national outlet and no one there could ensure available product?? Super p*ssed..Cavalier attitude of ' oh its just for today'..didn't help at that time. Made a specific trip to Harvey's for a simple hot dog..I'm sure they sell dog rolls at Costco, NoFrills,management needs scrutiny..unacceptable. 2 other patrons..tables uncleared, floors and amenity counter filthy, and..no hot dog buns..wow As you can be clear, this uptown outlet pales badly to the regent street one. Seriously unimpressed. Jeez, offering a plain wiener fir full...

Ooof. We ordered a veggie burger and a regular burger and poutine. repeated our order 3 times (the veggie burger was asked for 4 times) Opened the bag, no fork for the poutine. Opened the burgers and BOTH toppings were wrong. The patty for the 'veggie burger' looked the exact same as the regular burger. We took them back inside to get remade and were told the veggie burger would be 6 minutes (didn't take that long through the drive thru!!). I 100% believe they gave me a meat patty so if you're a vegetarian BE CAREFUL. Floors were sticky and gross, handicap button doesn't work, garbage every where. Holy smokes we will not be back.

Got in contact with customer service June 9th and was told someone within two business days would be in contact with me. Messaged again on the 15th, and 26th same answer. Getting really sick of this nonsense. Obviously I'm being given the ring around and...
