This is probably the most friendly staff I've ever experienced at a KFC chain. They are incredibly nice and willing to satisfy.
Unfortunately, in my experience they make a lot of mistakes and the serve/cook time is slow. I would say I wait an average of 20 minutes for my order every time I decide to go here, and I don't order complicated items.
Something else to note is they seem to consistently get my order wrong when ringing in. I always order/speak intentionally and specifically slow and clear so I am understood, and they always seem to ring it in wrong. I don't understand how I can speak any more clear. Maybe it's a language barrier, maybe it's poor training, but if I could provide constructive feedback it would be to possibly train your front staff better to listen and take their time ringing customers orders in.
With all that said, it's hard to be frustrated and upset at the workers since they are so nice, but at the end of the day efficiency is seriously lacking at this store so I usually leave disappointed.
One last thing to note, they can't spell. I've driven by this store so many times to see spelling mistakes on the sign outside. It's comical...

Waited over an hour with no update so I called the store the worker said they were gonna call to see if it was ok to replace the pickle chips with regular fries(not sure why it was taking them so long to call me about the issue). I said it was ok. When the order was finally delivered we were missing both the 2 replacement fries and 2 popcorn chickens (but still sent the dips??). Called the store and the guy was acting like I was lying about the missing items. Said I could come pick up the missing items which makes no sense cause I ordered delivery. Finally he said he would escalate a refund for the missing items (We'll see what happens). Just a terrible experience and I've had multiple issues with this KFC in the past with missing items. At least through the Skip app it's simple to get a refund the official KFC app is basically useless. Despite this, the order confirmation indicated the advertised Popcorn Fill Up. Upon receipt, the order did not contain the product as advertised. This is the second consecutive occurrence of receiving an incorrect order from your Main Street KFC location (283 Main St, Fredericton, NB E3A 1E1).
Even though I asked at the counter twice specifically one of your employees whether the Seasoned Corn was included, I was assured both times that it was indeed part of the order. This verbal confirmation, combined with the clear menu representation, further reinforced that the product I received was not what was promised.
Following the incident, I placed more than ten calls to the store seeking resolution, but my concerns were not addressed, and I was instructed to attend the store in person.
