McDonald's — Restaurant in Fredericton

Went there with my family to get a lunch and was very disappointed ordered two Happy Meals one didn't have the nuggets in it went to the desk to get it corrected the nice blonde headed girl who is there fixed it for me I did not catch your name I noticed she was pregnant that's one detail I noticed about her but she seemed very nice and very kind need more people like her and then when I was standing waiting for my nuggets a very rude and disrespectful manager came up to me and said what do you want I said I was waiting for my nuggets for my child's Happy Meal she said okay then you don't have to stand so close and seeing how I walk with a cane I am sorry I had to lean against the side of the shelf for I would not fall over I found it was very rude and disrespectful and the manager should have a lot more respect for people who are disabled this nice girl with colorful hair came up to me and said that she would nicely bring me the nuggets for my children and I did not have to stand there it what's a very nice change from the way I was previously treated I was very surprised when she came back with some nuggets and sweet and sour sauce for me because I didn't order the sweet and sour sauce because the girl that was training the two people on the till at the time didn't even ask me if I wanted sauce for my nuggets overall it was a bad experience that turns nice thanks to the nice employees not the...

Went through Drive thru and waited 10 minutes. Ordered at 6:19. Got to pick up window. They give me half me food. All my drinks, but they told me that I was waiting on 1 of my mcflurries that ordered. I knew that I had to waiting on more that that because I only got half of my order. After 15 mins and watching a crew member kept bring other customers orders out. I asked him how much longer for my order. He asked what ordered. Told him my order. Told him that I still needed my 10 piece, mccrisy, 1 fry and 1 mcflurry. He goes in, brings out more food for other cars. 5 mins longer I stop and asked again where is my food was. Told him I wanted to talk to a manager. She finally brings me the rest of my food. Tells me that she put a extra fry in for my troubles. But while I have waited 25 mins. The rest of my food in cold, my other mcflurry and sundae is melted. She thinks that 1 extra fry, cuts it for forgetting about my order. And tells me that I was waiting on the order for my mcflurry. Did they go to Spain to get it.!!!. Demanded my money back. But she told me that the rest of my food was fresh that she cannot get my money-back for that. Meanwhile that food is getting cold for refund. I have been in fast food for over 40 years. I know what it like being in this industry. But I have never had such worst...

So normally I have a decent trip to this mcdonalds, they usually forget sauces and sometimes straws but I had the weirdest experience today. I ordered 2 kids chicken nuggets meals, a 6 pack nugget meal and a 20 pack nuggets with 2 fries and 2 large drinks. I get the two happy meals with their drinks and everything is fine. I get the 6 pack of nuggets with drink and fries. Then we got the 20 nuggets, they only gave us one of our fries and they did give us our two drinks. Now when I was paying in drive thru I double checked with the girl because she only said 1 large fry. I said it should be two and she so oh yes sorry I see it now. So when I got home and saw the other was missing I wasn't surprised. Now the reason I'm rating the way I am is because I slightly knocked over my drink after drinking some of it and it made a weird noise. I opened up the large drink to find a small cup inside. I'm very confused if someone actually gave me a small in a large or what. However I couldn't make this known to them as they didn't provide me receipt as well.

I really hope this isn't the case that someone intentionally gave a small drink in a large cup in disguise. Needless to say this was very...
