Wendy's — Restaurant in Fredericton

5:50 pm march 5 placed my order (Korean BBQ burger w/ Large fries and small coke) paid, and it's worth noting that when they held out the debit machine it was with the screen facing away from me. and when I collected my food it was the burger, no fries, and a large coke. when I complained to the girl at the window her response was "we didn't charge you for fries" which infuriates me because the screen at the order point doesn't show you what they are punching in, and as noted before the debit machine was faced away from me, and I can't hear what the guy on the radio was saying. left feeling dissatisfied, angry, and betrayed since I've always considered Wendy's to be the best fast food place in Fredericton, where I have seen them make mistakes and literally fix them before I even realize...

I haven't really been satisfied with this restaurant as of late. I had a broccoli and cheese baked potato on Tuesday. The potato was small and it had approximately a 1/4 cup of cheese sauce on it. In my opinion the food items should be consistent all of the time. In addition there is a server named Cole, who borders on sloppy in many ways. In his appearance, I don't think he owns a comb or brush, his pants are always being hiked up. He doesn't listen to you when you order, as many times items are excluded or special instructions are not followed. Lastly, he is rude and boorish to...

I wouldn't recommend anyone bring anything into the Wendy's on the north side other than things they plan to keep in their pockets. If anyone has ever lost something like say a purse or wallet here, make sure you ask to see the camera footage as your missing item may magically turn up a few minutes after you do. Management at this location does not fire employees who steal from customers. They are aware there is an issue but choose to let it slide even when police are involved and charges are pressed and the employee is found...
