Everything was amazing there. The bread and patisserie were so soft and delicious. I ordered what I wanted initially, and just kept going back to order more and trying other things because every item impressed me. As I write this, I have with me a dozen of their burger buns that I bought to take home.
I'm also a big coffee enthusiast, and tried many different coffees around town including the cafe shop next door, and I have to say that their coffee is the best I've had, and by a good margin. Went there in the morning for cappuccinos, and again in the afternoon for iced drinks.

Read moreWhen I visited Gaspé last year (2020), this bakery was still in construction. Now that I'm back for a second year in row, I was curious to try it, as it is the only one in the area. It is excellent! The croissant and chocolatine are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is something that most pastries now are lacking but an eating experience that I love so much (in my opinion). They have several options of breads to try as well. Be aware that they are closed from sunday to tuesday, so stock up! They also have coffees that are served in compostable cups. And I've been on the hunt for a good cinnamon bun for a while and it only took going to the far end of the province to say I've finally found one ! The cinnamon buns don't actually look very inviting. But they were delicious !! Mine was even still warm when I got it.
We also bought some croissants and pies, haven't eaten them yet as I'm writing this.
