We came here three times during our 5 days. I run a restaurant on Mont Tremblant so I went in expecting supply chain issues, no big deal.

The first night was great, the server was attentive and she did what she could to get us the alcohol we wanted. Thumbs up for having Morbleu, great rum.

Both nights the bartender didn’t mix the drinks? I’ve never been to a bar where you order a tequila soda or a rum and coke and they put the coke/soda in a separate glass? I just didn’t understand why you offer mixed cocktails but can’t mix a tequila soda?

Menu on QR code, the website still has COVID rules and says you need a passport.

Breakfast was actually amazing, the server offered a paper menu which was nice.

The third night is where we got a little confused. The burger d’agneau wasn’t seasoned the same way it was the night before, it was missing sauce. We asked if we could have the poutine with just cheese and sauce and not melted in the oven (because then it’s a bake not a poutine) and they said they “don’t do things differently for our customers”. I didn’t think asking you to skip a step so we can enjoy the food was a big deal. We ended up not having the burger d’agneau because the taste was completely different. We would have taken just a poutine if some lenience was offered in your kitchen.

The salmon was amazing! But I didn’t know it was on the menu until right before the server came, I had already decided from the night before so I didn’t check the menu. We were completely unaware that there was salmon added to the menu.

Also, if you’re able to add salmon to the online menu you should take the time to remove the items you don’t have, like all of your dessert coffees.

The night time Friday server did recommend a liquor for my coffee that wasn’t recommended the night before. She did a great job and good call bringing the whipped cream too ;)

There were little things like my kids getting the tiniest little ramekins of ketchup and mayo instead of a bottle like it was the night before, my kids being given large size drinks when there are two sizes offered on the menu. One clearly for kids and one for adults. Chocolate milk in a high ball glass? I understand the challenges, the kitchen seems to be rolling really well, it just doesn’t seem like there’s anyone watching for the consistency in the front of house.

All in all it was a good time and I appreciate you all being open!...

I wish I could give negative star. I have a bad experience since I arrived the restaurant. They only have French menu thus the server ask me to scan the QR code and see the English menu. It’s fine and we did but the app asked us to pay to place order. I want to ask the server about this but no one taking care of my table. They just avoid any eye contact with me. I waited for at least 15 minutes and still no one comes to my table and I can only place order through the app and approved the payment with security code, but the app return to the order page. I have to ask the server on this and get one response to me after 15 minutes finally. They told me there is no order placed and she can take order for me. Ok, I placed order again. Unfortunately, the mushroom risotto I ordered was very salty that we cannot eat. I only ate 1 spoon of it. I told the server but she just walked away and I am not sure what she is going to do. Finally she come back and I told her it is very salty again and she take my dish away and then come back with the same dish and told me the Chef said it’s their normal standard. I told her it’s really too salty and we are unable to eat and request to cancel this order. She just refused to do so but offer to give me dessert with same value. I don’t want dessert indeed but don’t want to create trouble for her and thus ask for what kind of dessert they have. She introduced 2 desserts for us and suggested we can try both. Later, she came back again and said the Chef can only give us 1 dessert not 2. I don’t understand why they can’t make what they offered to me and thus I insisted to cancel the order. Though I didn’t pay it at the end but I don’t think this service is acceptable. In addition, the mushroom risotto is a vegan item but they added ham on it, which is not shown on the menu. I will not go...

Dinner Saturday night Oct 02, 2021. Ambiance was nice, but that was about it. We were staying at the hotel so made reservations for 730pm. Got there a few minutes early and waited finally greeted at that door at 748pm after about 20 minutes standing there. We were seated at the window seat, nice place, good seats. Looked at the menu on line, and waited. At about 815pm ( 45 minutes) since walking in the door a waitress came up. Asked for the General Tsao Chicken, as seen on the English menu, and told it was sold out. Ordered the pizza chorizo , and it came in less than 4 minutes? Started eating it and found the crust was burnt underneath, blackened. Spoke to waitress and she said it was because oven was too hot and did not offer anything in substitution or refund. Not sure if someone else turned down the pizza so they gave it to us. Maybe it was just an off night but our experience was bad. Not every night can be...
