I gave this place an overall rating of 2 stars. Why, you might ask? Well, during my first visit, I tried their breakfast wrap and enjoyed a good hot coffee. However, my second visit was less satisfying. I asked if they could make an affogato by blending it with a shot of espresso (instead of cold brew) and adding milk and a few ice cube . To my surprise, they refused, claiming they didn’t have the recipe and that they weren’t a Starbucks. I believe a specialty coffee shop should be open to new and exciting recipes. Voici une suggestion que j'aurais à faire. J'ai remarqué que vous aviez un très grand local qui offre des possibilités infinies d'idées et de projet. Avez-vous pensez à offrir une offre diversifiée et variée de produit de bières de microbrasserie ?

Nous n'avons pas ce genre d'offre en un seul point de service à Gaspé directement malgré la grande présence de produits exceptionnels dans les environs. Quelques entreprises tiennent un petit inventaire, mais vous pourriez être les premiers à développer à fond cette avenue.

Je comprend que le modèle d'affaire de Paquebot se tourne principalement sur le vin nature, mais je crois dur comme fer que ces deux produits pourraient aller parfaitement bien ensemble.
