Absolutely horrible experience in every way. If you don’t speak French don’t expect any sort of decency or respect. Delivery guy bombarded by my twice shouldering me both times in a hurry, lady who took our order scoffed at us for asking questions about the menu, and then didn’t acknowledge when our food was ready and just put it on the counter and continued to talk to delivery guy. After 10 minutes she finally said “K food is ready” and pointed at the boxes that had being sitting on the counter for the last ten minutes. Just got home and realized we did not even get the cans of pop included in the meal. I ordered from this location once and never again. Avoid this location!
We ordered 4 chicken meals, a chicken salad, and mozzarella sticks.
The fries were cold, The chicken was dry and they added bacon into a salad that isn’t supposed to have bacon
I called in and was immediately hung up on. When my wife called who speaks French they helped her out immediately with no problem. I guess as soon as they hear an English speaker it’s customary to hang up in their face.

good if you order one meal and then maybe not. Could not get a group order right even if their lives depended on it. Me and my employers odder from them steadily and we have had enough. always a meal or two with missing items. especially poutines. some times they have the balls to give you either the extra sauce or cheese but never the two items together( honestly it blows my mind. the best part comes when they say they will give you a credit for next time but that is always b.s since when you bring it up for some reason it is never in their system! will be picking up from the one up the hill from them...
