I love this store, I live around the corner, we are here everyday 2 and sometimes 3 times a day, been visiting for over 5 years, my kid is addicted to the 4 cheese bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes. Today instead of taking the drive through we walked here and order the standard four cheese bagel and was very specific to ask for the cream cheese and tomatoes. The girl placed it on the counter and mumbled something I canât understand I waited if it was someone elseâs because I didnât know what she said, then tried to ask her if this was mine, but she rudely made sure to ignore me completely, my kid found out that it didnât have tomatoes, so I went back to double check if it was mine they asked me if I ordered it with tomatoes, my response was absolutely, so she grabbed it out of my hand shuvved tomatoes inside and almost through it in my face. I completely understand if the cashier forgot to punch the tomatoes, I was extremely polite with all but never aeen such rudeness. I love the store everybody has been extremely friendly. I donât understand her rudeness, I didnât even ask her to fix it I was just making sure it was actually mine. I donât think a customer should be treated this bad even if she is...
Read moreIâve been coming to this Tim Hortons regularly since I live around the corner, but this was the worst experience Iâve ever had. After ordering and paying for a Chicken Craveable, I went to the sandwich area to wait, only to be questioned by an employee with, âWhat are you waiting on?â I told him my order, then waited over 15 minutes, only to realize he had completely ignored my order. I had to go back to the cashier, who actually had to tell him to make my food.
On top of that, I was even charged for the wrong item. But the real issue here was the complete lack of respect and dismissiveness. This felt targeted, unprofessional, and rude â so much so that I lost my appetite entirely. This level of service is unacceptable. If customers arenât treated with basic respect, whatâs the point? I hope this location seriously reconsiders how they handle customer service, because this left me furious.
I also posted the sandwich and...
Read moreThis used to be my favourite Tim Hortons, especially as an Anglophone living in Gatineau learning French, they were always respectful and helpful. I want to say, I have worked at Tim Hortons for over 3 years in different departments so I understand the frustration of customer service. However today at the drive thru, I had to leave and pull over to write this as the girl does not understand being polite and patient while I try to speak French to help THEM with my order. Every time I had to repeat myself, she would loudly say "WHAT" "WHAAAT" instead of anything else, such as please give me a minute or could you please repeat that. I asked if I could pull up, and she didn't respond for about a minute so I left without knowing if she even put my order through. Please be nice to customers learning your language, saying WHAT loudly over a speaker and nothing else is is disrespectful and...
