Burger King — Restaurant in Gatineau

The night I went there, I got there at 18h20 not knowing that they close at 19h. They were 4 people ahead of me in the lineup and by the time I got served, another 4 behind me( and 2 skip the dishes drivers came in to pick up too while I waited) because the drive thru was closed. I'm assuming because of lack of staff or it was near the end of the shift and staff had left already. I felt bad for the 3 staff members who were trying their best to get stuff done. The gentleman who served me was super nice, and once my order was taken the wait wasn't long at all. I was out by 18h50 which is kinda slow for a fast food restaurant, but my order was correct and the food was hot, fresh and delicious! It's the first time I've been inside in a long while. I usually go through the drive thru. It's a little shabby inside, but average for an older fast food place. Hopefully next time I go the drive thru is open and I'll try to go earlier now that I know it closes at 19h instead of 21h. As an FYI, I ordered the onion rings, fries, 2 whoppers and 2 milkshakes...

Me and my family went here to pickup an online order we made in advance. When we arrived there (Greber Branch) the drive-thru and pickup lane were all closed! It says the hour of operations was until 10PM, it was just 6:50PM and it was CLOSED!!!??? We tried knocking on the pickup window but the crew were ignoring us. The only time they approach us was when we knock the window so hard to catch their attention. One of the crew just looked at us and shaked her head like its our fault why we order there! It tooked us 30 mins more to get our order... When they saw that more people are waiting outside thats the only time they open one lane of the drive thru. We were truly disappointed on...

Really sketchy... Everytime I went there something told me to not trust this place. Doors are always dirty and very minimum maintenance in general. If you want to know the level of respect and how clean is a restaurant look at the washrooms as it's the scariest place in there. Also, in the drive through, they always ask you to go forward and park the car at the entrance door next to the garbage and wait for the order to arrive. Clearly those who are inside gets priority... We wait over five minutes for our food to come and we counted 3 clients inside placing their orders after us and getting their food before us. Clearly they do not understand the concept of...
