I have been client of this pizza pizza for 12 year. I have never been this much upset about them than now. Since they have hire a certain Sam as manager my experience there never been this much crappy. I have ordered once a pizza and wing, i was told after 10 minute exactly when my pizza got out that they cant give me the wing since they have to give priority to online order. I was alreafy waiting for the wing they left my pizza on the counter and the casher proceed to cook the wing for me. I went to sit back there but by my surprise another 10 min later the manager pop out and start yelling at his employee for making me wing. I went back to the counter to confront him and explain to me the priority stuff about online order. I had to call pizza pizza to order the wing i already paid which they were ready . They reimbourse me the wing and made me pay again but guess what 2-3 $ dollar more i asked why the overprice and was told they have different price for counter and online. In the meanwhile my pizza is still on the counter . finally got my food and left. I had another situation again today. Im tired of that place i used to like going there but now it just frustrate me. NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE WITH APP OR ONLINE! They keep your money and use every lie and excuse to hold your money. Still waiting for my refund for my subpar pizza that was cold and an hour and 5 minutes late when I was in pointe Gatineau at the time (same neighborhood) within a kilometre of the store.
