I enjoy visiting this store, although I usually get a drink to take out. The teas are fun and fresh, and the staff are always pleasant. They have partnered with a local doughnut shop to offer sweet snacks in addition to the boba teas.

My main complaint is about the excessive, and environmentally unfriendly packaging—such as the heat-sealed plastic film "lids" and the plastic cups.

Please consider using biodegradable / #7 plastic for the cups and ditching the cup-sealing film entirely. (Other locations do not...
