I initially loved this place for its excellent service and delicious pizza. When it first opened, the person working there—who I assume was the owner—seemed genuinely proud of the food they were making. He personally presented the dishes, and his polite and friendly attitude made the dining experience truly memorable. Unfortunately, we haven’t seen him there lately, and things have changed drastically since then.

On our last visit, the pizza we received was raw. When we took it back, the staff claimed it was “normal” because the onions made it soggy. However, I know what a pizza with soggy onions is like because this wasn’t our first time buying it. This was different—the dough was very white, raw, and stretchy, which was unacceptable. When we asked for a replacement, the person we spoke to was visibly annoyed and rude, which made the experience even worse.

The quality of their poutine has also gone downhill. What used to feature fresh, crispy chicken has now been replaced with low-quality frozen chicken, which is very disappointing.

It’s disheartening to see how both the food quality and service have deteriorated. It feels like they’ve stopped putting effort into maintaining the high standards that initially drew customers in. Sadly, the unprofessionalism of the staff and the lack of care in the food have kept me from returning. Consistency is key in the restaurant business, and this place has lost what...

Have ordered pizza & hamburgers quite a few times. I’m not a fan of either pizza or hamburgers. But when we have our son, daughter in law & granddaughters came over son ordered a couple of pizzas & brought them to our house. Everyone said it was the best pizza ever (even I was impressed). Then another time ordered hamburgers for everyone, once again the best ever. Now when the granddaughters come over from Ottawa I order the pizza, the girls pick it up, pay for it & bring it to us. I’m never sure about paying with our credit card or let the girls use their bank card. The fellow @ Chicco’s is very helpful & suggests it would be easier to let the girls pay😁. I do repay them.
