Been here a couple of times now… mainly for their egg rolls, one of the best in town, in or around Ottawa… but this evening decided to try several dishes - HowFun Beef flat noodles, General Tao, Scallops and Vegetables, Chicken fried rice, and of course a bunch of their Egg Rolls.

Everything was fresh, tasty, and reasonably balanced between price and generosity.

The owners, who are a couple, work hard, always there with a smile, friendly service and easy to talk to about their menu and whatever else.

The place is simple as they work the back kitchen and do mostly take out… but for a bit more you can dine in as well, though it’s mostly a simple resto-bar.

Absolutely delicious! We just tried Chez Bo for the first time, and we'll definitely be back!

I was initially impressed, as the restaurant called to confirm the allergy I'd written down on the online order, and to review the entire order with me to make sure I was safe.

When we got home, everything was hot, and tasted great. There was no saturation of oil, and everything was cooked perfectly, and had so much flavor. The bell peppers were cooked, but still nicely crisp. The breading on the chicken was crisp, and not soggy. And the chicken fried rice was so good.

I am thrilled that Chez Bo is close to our house, as we'll be coming back soon!

Chez Bo has officially become our go to Chinese restaurant in Gatineau. We used to order from another place, but this one completely won us over. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and easily the best we have had in the area.

The lady who took my order was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient for takeout. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get.

If you are looking for authentic, tasty Chinese food with great service and fair prices, Chez Bo is hands down the best choice in Gatineau....
