Ordered from Milano on st-Renee in Gatineau.

1 star for the great pizza and the great service from the person took my order. But minus 4 for the delivery man who cheated me two different ways.

1- although I paid debit he took my bill from 50.23$ to 50.25$. Nice way to make an extra 2 cents. Times the number of delivery per week, months...

2- when he gave me the machine he said “just select the percentage of tip you wish to leave”. Meaning that he had already decided for me that I could not set the amount myself but had to choose between 10, 15 or 20% on the amount.

I will let you decide if you wish to deal with such individuals. For me it’s over, I also informed my entire staff to no longer order from Milano (Ontario) for our monthly...

I am a new Uber eat driver, I got there to pick up an order for a client but they refused to give me the order because I did not have bag, ( for a pizza !!) Acording to Uber eat we are NOT required to have a bag it is only recommended. I bought one but it’s on the way from Amazon, Staff were very rude and forced me to canceled order I tried to use a reasuable maxi bag and even then they said no they were also lagging at me. UNACCEPTABLE.

Sorry Alexandre that you had to wait longer and probably get cold food because of this !

Delivery service with Uber, skip, dors dash is there help restaurant during covid 19 it would be wise if you can appreciate what we do instead of making our life and your costumer life...

I've eaten here several times over the last few months. Each time the food has been excellent. Although the poutine was average, the club sandwich is probably the best in Gatineau. Onion rings were also excellent. Tried the Milano Special pizza for the first time today and it was phenomenal. I'm excited to order a gluten-free pizza for my partner because apparently they don't charge extra!

A lot of care is being put into the preparation of the food and it shows. Its not only well presented but tastes great.

Service at the counter is quick, and very friendly. Will definitely continue to enjoy the great food and service from this...
