Harvey's — Restaurant in Gatineau

The food was good but the service was horrible, I ordered a vegetarian burger and my family ordered beef.. I always go to Harveys as its the one place where I have never gotten sick due to the cooking methods as I am allergic to beef, I asked the employee to change his gloves as he didn't when he went from veggie to beef and he had already picked up my burger.. The rest of the transaction from burger build to asking for chipotle for my rings was a trial as he acted like I was imposing on him. Aswell he did make a comment to one of his colleagues about me asking him to change gloves. My go to burger place so my family is happy and I have a veggie burger I enjoy is Harveys, for over 10 years has been so.. But if this location cannot provide the security that the brand standards demand then I will no longer give my business and will encourage others not to aswell. I have never at a Harveys been treated like that, I also realize its covid and everyone in customer service is stressed.. But don't take...

Decent food, and fast staff. We came an little after 9pm for a bite. Their 'public TV' (chanel TVA) was happy to display nudity and sex, while there were others with kids eating. Really? I thought Harvey's was supposed to be a family restaurant...

(Edit) It was two stars, but now it's one. A reply suggested I should send said review with details and copy of reciept to an official site. I did so. Corporate communication was fine. The owners was not. It's not that they put on hot peppers instead of pickles.... but that they were showing nudity and sex scenes in a Family Reataurant. So how did they respond? If i could give the option of -4 stars i would .. every-time i have been here i have nothing but disappointed but tonight took the cake ! Order at drive thru with my husband and daughter after 15 mins of waiting in drive thru finally order our food get to the window pay the young guy at window hands us our drinks.. then 10 mins later our food… shoves everything into 1 bag .. of course has my husband grabs it rips food all on the ground the kid tells us to wait on the side he will bring us our food ..
